I love that they're always wearable and stand alone pieces.

Date with Mr. Jones

After a long, typical week of working. My co-workers decided to walk along the area and eat lunch at Chili-Peppers. I had the famous baby back ribs which they call "Baby come back" and it was so good. The serving was a little small though but it was alright. Then to cap of the week and celebrate friday night, a co-worker and mine went to Greenbelt to see Mr. Jones. We both had the US Beef Ribcap Tapa & Garlic overload which was heavenly. The serving was so great that i could not walk after the meal.

Wicked Truffled Mac n' Cheese

It was my second visit and during my first, i tried their Truffled Mac n' Cheese which is not our typical Mac n' Cheese.  It's made with 3 kinds of Macaroni, 4 cheeses, baby portobello mushrooms, double smoked bacon which was capped off with a huge amount of drizzled truffle oil! Can you even think of that? I love anything with Truffle oil and this did not disappoint. You can really smell the truffle even before eating it. I want to go back again this week just for this. Oh they have awesome milkshakes too!

Cafe 1771

Watched Going the distance for the second time with Mariel and Ceetee. Then headed to El Pueblo to have dinner at Cafe 1771. The place was lovely and different with homey like ambiance. There were bookshelves and couches everywhere.

I like the homey relaxing feel downstairs

Great night as always. Lots of catching up.The place was lovely and good for taking photos. Great for family with kids, friends and if you're looking for a romantic place with your partner. Our food was ok. We had pasta and burgers but they have limited selections and it would be great to add more variety.
